Identification Steps

  1. step 01
    Identifing issues

    We identified a long list of issues related to the environmental, social, and governance by referencing international guidelines including GRI ,SASB, and evaluation items of major ESG evaluation organizations.

  2. step 02
    Internal evaluation

    We have generated the assessment axis "Importance to stakeholder” and "Relevance of corporate purpose”. The former is based on the number of appearances in STEP 1 and the latter is based on a survey of all employees.

  3. step 03
    Assessment of validity

    According to the results of Step 2, we confirmed conformity to our management strategies through interviews with outside experts and discussions among the management team and Outside Directors.

  4. step 04
    Finalizing identification

    We finalized our materiality following a resolution by the Board of Directors.
